Sparrowpaw | 6 moons | ♀
Personality:
Like her name may suggest, Sparrowpaw is a chatter-bird. She's extremely hyper, and rarely listens to anyone before dashing off to explore another 'mystery'. Because she's such an out-going kit, every clan member knows to keep an eye on her as she races through camp, chasing beetles and butterflies up trees. The only time you won't find her being hyper is when she's with the elders. If they start to tell a story, she'll lay down, and won't move, transfixed, her imagination running wild. Sparrowpaw has become the "glue" of the clan because her eccentric positivity brightening up the camp. |
History:
When Sparrowkit was born, she was born in a hollowed out tree stump on the edge of twoleg territory. A moon passed by with no problems, but when Sparrowkit was only two moons old, two foxes attacked her mother and siblings. She doesn't remember much about the attack, only that her mother shoved her into the back of the stump, and buried her slightly underneath the foliage to disguise her scent. Sparrowkit's mother attacked the two foxes like a lion, and at first it seemed like she was going to win, but then, a third fox came in, picked her up by her shoulder and tossed her against the stump, knocking her out. Sparrowkit closed her eyes after that, the sounds of the foxes killing her mother and taking her siblings away.
The next day, a Spiritclan patrol led by the deputy Redwillow picked her up and brought her back to camp. Redwillow still speaks of how a small Sparrow bird was perched above the stump, almost as if it were guarding the young kit until the warriors found her. Since that day, Redwillow took Sparrowkit under her wing to teach the young kit the way of the warrior.
