Map of the Territory
Spirit Clan's territory resides in the heart of a national pine tree forest reservation. North of the forest is a mountain ridge, with very cold winters and snow year round. North-east of the mountain chain is unknown land, but rumors speak of a possibility of another clan residing there. To the west of the ridge is a large body of fresh water, that tapers off into two rivers. To the west of the rivers is a small mountain with hills leading up to it. Twolegs are sometime seen climbing the mountain and camping in the area next to the hills. The twolegs come from a small village south of the highstones, and are filled with par rangers, and other nature scientists living there. A forest of oak trees and lush grass surround the twoleg place, and eventually transition back into the pine tree forest. East of the oak trees resides a waterfall that fills up a small lake and river. During the cold months, the water freezes over, and then they melt in the next spring, overflowing the river and creating a flood plain marsh full of nutrients.
In the heart of the pines lies their camp. Surrounded by hills, the camp lays nestled along a hollowed out hillside, blocking most of the harsh winds and heavy rainfall. Trees dot their camp, providing extra shade and protection. South-east of the camp lies a single, giant oak tree believed to have roots so deep, that nothing can knock it down. Residing in the oak tree are a family of peaceful white barn owls, their white feathers can be seen lining the nests within the camp. North-east of the great owl tree lies the training hollow. The hollow is formed from a dried out lake bed from the river adjoining it. The sandy ground is a wonderful place for the apprentices to practice their hunting and fighting tricks without getting distracted. The tall, dried up trees at the edge are filled with claw marks from cats practicing climbing and keeping their claws sharpened. To the west of their camp, are the stepping stones, which the cats use to cross the wide river when an apprentice goes on their final mission to become a warrior.

The Camp
Leaders Den: On the right side of the camp lies a rock connected to the hill, hollowed out on the inside, with a sandy floor. The tall flat rock allows for the leader to jump up to perform ceremonies and hold meetings.
Medicine Cat Den: Next to the leaders den is a large crevice, with a small stream that connects to the river behind the hill. There are cracks in the wall used for storing herbs, and larger crack for storing extra soft bedding.
Nursery: Next to the medicine cat den lies a slightly smaller crack in the wall. The sandy floor create a cushion along with the soft bedding create a perfect toasty environment for any queen and her kits.
Warriors Den: A long time ago, a tree sat above their camp, but during one rainy season, it fell down and crushed the warriors den. Once it was stripped away of its pine needles, it became the perfect home for the warriors, with the tip of the tree opened up a bit to allow for airflow. The entrance resides in the hollowed out hill, underneath the large, curved root.
Apprentice Den: Next to the warriors den lies the smallest crevice in the wall. Guarded by two smaller roots, the entrance of the apprentices den can only fit a small cat into it. Because of this, when the camp is under attack, all kits are moved into the apprentice den where no large animal can get to.
Elders Den: Near the end of the fallen pine, lies a boulder with smaller rocks around it. With a pine tree for shelter, the elders lie here, within a small abandoned fox den. The roots of the tall pine help protect the entrance, and the rocks above it provide smooth, flat tops where the elders can rest their old and weary bodies when the sun is warming the rocks.
